Yesterday Y5 had a 'sleepover' and read each other our mystery stories in the dark and under blankets - it was very spooky! 

Miss Field's group have enjoyed the low ropes, den building, cargo net and sky ropes today. Ms. Elliott also made a special guest appearance today!

Making beds, pizza, team washing up, night line and board games! We also slept (a bit ) 😀

In Y4 it's been a great start to our new history unit! We have been exploring the significant developments in Darnall's history and documenting them on a timeline. Did you know that Darnall was a small village outside of Sheffield's boarders? How interesting!

Our Y6 pupils have had a great day, building dens and taking part in the Bushcraft challenge.

In nursery, we are very PROUD of the saplings who have brought back their phonics homework. They have been working hard to recognise sounds and practice letter formation. WELL DONE!

What a sunny start to our first week of Summer 2. The 'Eco Club' started clearing up some of our garden on Monday. They did some weeding and tidying up along the pathway. Stay tuned to see what else they get up to this half term.

Y6 are raising money for their enterprise project this year, so they are crafting items to sell for 50p each. They will have a stall on the school yard during lunch time on Wednesday, 5th June.

If your child wishes to buy craft items please provide some money for your child to bring to school tomorrow.

Everyone is ready for another day full of adventure

A fantastic start to our residential at Thornbridge Outdoors. Miss Field’s group explored the mines and Mr Sexton’s group have been cycling! More photos to follow. We’re looking forward to a well-earned dinner and the nightline tonight!
