Show Racism The Red Card

Dear families

On Friday 18th October we would like to encourage the children to wear an item of red clothing in support of Show Racism The Red Card’s ‘Wear Red Day 2024’. We will not be asking for a donation but should anyone wish to find out more about the work of the UK’s largest anti-racism educational charity please click on the link below:-

Sharing Learning with Others

In Y4 Onyx this week, we have enjoyed sharing our learning with others.

We have taught our families how to make a ceramic pumpkin.

We have also been story tellers to our partners.

☔️☔️Rainy Day Reading ☔️☔️

On rainy days like this, it only seems fitting to read 'Meet the Weather' by Bethan Woolvin. A fun, educational tour through the elements, including drizzle like today!

Year 4 love our weekly trip to the library; they read together, on their own, or return to their favourite author. Ed Vere is a keen class favourite at the moment, too!
